Role: Sales / VM Specialist
Hours: 30 per week
This is a senior sales role, ideal for someone wanting to build a career in retail and take that next step from Sales Associate towards becoming a Supervisor. Visual Merchandising experience preferred.
About the role:
- Opening and closing the store including cashing up
- Leading and driving the sales team to achieve store goals
- Delegation and direction of the team to ensure store operations are completed efficiently
- Coaching the team and assisting store management in providing strong constructive feedback to enhance their development
- Collaborating with and being part of the leadership team in store
- Keen interest in Visual Merchandising, with proven experience in this area
About you:
- 3-5 years retail experience (preferably clothing retail) with exceptional and proven customer service skills
- Experience in a keyholding / supervisor / store leadership role
- Visual Merchandising skills
- Availability: Fully Flexible
