Role: Sales / VM Specialist
Hours: 30 per week
This is a senior sales role, ideal for someone wanting to build a career in retail and take that next step from Sales Associate towards becoming a Supervisor. Visual Merchandising will be a key responsibility in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising to align with our brand standards
Opening and Closing the store including cashing up.
Leading and driving the sales team to achieve store goals.
Delegation and direction of the team to ensure store operations are completed efficiently.
Collaborating with and being part of the leadership team in store.
Requirements:
3-5 years retail experience (preferably clothing retail) with exceptional and proven customer service skills.
Experience in a keyholding/ Supervisor/ store leadership role.
Proven Visual Merchandising skills.
Availability: Fully flexible
Alignment with our brand values.

Experience in outdoor retail.
