- be professional, friendly and approachable
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Support the Michael Franks brand ethics
- Hard working and passionate to succeed
- Follow salon standard health and safety practices
- Fully qualified Level 2 minimum
- Existing clientele is ideal but not essential
