There’ll soon be three new additions to Liverpool ONE’s food and beverage line-up, as operators at the leading retail and entertainment destination celebrate continued sales success in the sector.
Black Sheep Coffee, the specialty coffee chain, is to make its Liverpool debut in a 1,800 sq ft site at Paradise Place. The store will feature the brand’s iconic café menu by day, offering a signature range of 100% specialty grade Robusta beans, Norwegian waffles, smoothies, shakes and light bites. By night it will transform into a cocktail bar, serving up Espresso Martinis, craft beer, wine, sourdough pizza and free popcorn. The store will feature Black Sheep’s “Free Coffee Board” aimed at fighting social exclusion – customers will be able to donate their loyalty rewards to the Free Coffee Board or purchase a drink voucher at a discounted price to be pinned on the board. Anyone who cannot afford coffee can redeem the rewards or vouchers for any hot drink of their choice. Black Sheep will also forgoe single-use plastics as part of its commitment to sustainability.
Pan-Asian restaurant COSMO is set to launch its world buffet concept in the city later this Summer from a 11,000 sq ft site on Liverpool ONE’s Manesty’s Lane. The restaurant will include a bar and dedicated dessert counter, alongside its extensive seating area. Diners will be able to enjoy Asian, continental and carvery options, as well as cooked-to-order teppanyaki.
Finally, in demand pop-up bar and street food hub, The Bus Yard, has extended its tenancy until early September. Consequently, the brand will continue to provide visitors to Liverpool ONE’s Chavasse Park with an of assortment drinks, food and live music entertainment throughout the summer.
