Local young people’s mental health and wellbeing are at the centre of a series of grants being awarded as part of Liverpool ONE Foundation’s annual funding programme.
Wellbeing journals, ‘worry stones’ and affirmation workshops are among the activities taking place at Liverpool ONE to mark Children’s Mental Health Week.
Running from today (Monday 6th February) until 12th February, the week-long national event shines a spotlight on the importance of young people’s mental health and wellbeing, with organisations and individuals across the country being encouraged to take part.
And each year, Liverpool ONE invites local charities from the Liverpool City Region to stage a series of workshops that are dedicated to improving children’s mental health.

The Liverpool ONE Foundation has been investing in community projects that promote positive mental health and wellbeing amongst out city’s young people.
Liverpool ONE has reiterated its commitment to nurturing and safeguarding the environment and supporting local communities with the launch of its Greener Futures Fund, designed to support community initiatives focused on positive environmental action in the Liverpool City Region.
