Pop Mart, the brand behind Labubus, has now opened its biggest UK store right here at Liverpool ONE and we can’t wait to welcome you!
The new store is packed with Pop Mart’s much-loved collectable blind boxes, featuring fan favourites like Hirono, Crybaby, Peach Riot, Kubo, Skullpanda and the hugely popular Monsters – known to many as ‘Labubus’.

Pop Mart Opening Weekend FAQs
What time can I queue from?
- We do not permit queuing any earlier than 8am on Friday 12 December, as Liverpool ONE is an open air destination, subject to inclement weather. Queuing will NOT be permitted any earlier than this, and our security team will continue to monitor where queueing is attempted.
How old do I have to be to queue?
- Queuing is only permitted for those over the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. ID may be requested.
Can I leave the queue once I am in?
- We do not recommend leaving the queue, as Liverpool ONE and POP MART take no responsibility for reserving your space.
Are there any accessibility facilities to help my visit?

What toilet facilities will be available at Liverpool ONE.
- Our Liverpool ONE information centre toilets are open 9am – 8pm weekdays, 9am – 7pm Saturdays, and 10.30am – 5pm on Sundays. Our toilets include accessible toilet facilities and changing facilities.
Can I bring items with me to queue?
- Please do not bring any items with you that you cannot take into the POP MART store. POP MART will not permit items such as, but not limited to, camping chairs, sleeping bags, large rucksacks or any other large items.
Will there be access to bins to dispose of rubbish?
- Any general waste can be disposed of via on-site bins. Please note, we cannot dispose of any electrical waste onsite, including non-recyclable items and appliances.
What stores will be open for me to access whilst in the queue?
- Our stores are open 10am – 8pm on weekdays, 10am – 7pm on Saturdays, and 11am – 5pm on Sunday.
Do you have a space for us to store items we cannot take into the POP MART store?
- No, we do not have a space for item storage. Please only bring items with you that you can take with you into the POP MART store.
Will there be security on site?
- Yes, POP MART will have security staff managing the queue, alongside our Liverpool ONE security team who will be on site. Liverpool ONE is not responsible for any belongings you have on site.
Will there be a first aider on site?
- Yes, there will be a first aider on site as part of the POP MART team. If you require first aid, please speak to a member of the POP MART team.
What happens if it rains?
- As we are an open air destination, we are subject to inclement weather conditions, including rain and hot weather. If you are wishing to join the queue, please plan accordingly for all weather conditions, as we do not have an indoor space available for queueing.

Will there be photography?
- Yes, there will be both photography and videography across Liverpool ONE for the POP MART opening weekend.
How do I get to Liverpool ONE?
- Liverpool ONE is located in the heart of the city centre, and is easily accessible via train, bus and car. You can find local transport information here https://www.liverpool-one.com/getting-here/.
Will the rest of Liverpool ONE be open for public access?
- Yes, the rest of the Liverpool ONE estate will open and operate as normal throughout the POP MART opening weekend. Our stores open 10am-8pm Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm Saturday, and 11am-5pm Sunday. Restaurants open 11am-11pm daily.
Where do I go if I have lost my friend/family?
- The Liverpool ONE team should immediately be informed if any friends or family are deemed lost or in a state of distress. You can speak to a member of security in your vicinity, or find the Guest services team at the Liverpool ONE information centre, 5 Wall St.
Will your Liverpool ONE team be on hand to help with any questions?
- Yes, our Guest Services team will be on site at all times throughout the opening. They can be found either chatting to the queue, or based in our Liverpool ONE information Centre, 5 Wall St.
Can I charge my phone on site?
- We do not have phone charging facilities available at Liverpool ONE.
Where do I go to locate lost property items?
- All lost property enquiries should be in writing to info.liverpool-one@landsec.com who will can offer assistance.
Can I bring food/drink with me? Please bring with you food/drink items if you wish. Please note, no alcohol is permitted to be consumed on the premises. All waste should be disposed of accordingly
