• We do not permit queuing any earlier than 8am on Friday 12 December, as Liverpool ONE is an open air destination, subject to inclement weather. Queuing will NOT be permitted any earlier than this, and our security team will continue to monitor where queueing is attempted.

How old do I have to be to queue?

• Queuing is only permitted for those over the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 16, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. ID may be requested.

What toilet facilities will be available at Liverpool ONE.

• Our Liverpool ONE information centre toilets are open 9am – 8pm weekdays, 9am – 7pm Saturdays, and 10.30am – 5pm on Sundays. Our toilets include accessible toilet facilities and changing facilities.

• No, we do not have a space for item storage. Please only bring items with you that you can take with you into the POP MART store.

• Yes, the rest of the Liverpool ONE estate will open and operate as normal throughout the POP MART opening weekend. Our stores open 10am-8pm Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm Saturday, and 11am-5pm Sunday. Restaurants open 11am-11pm daily.
