Fungal Galaxies: Journey inside plants | Now on College Lane
Discover the hidden world of fungi with stunning photography revealing the vital role moulds play inside plants and our lives. See this amazing mural on College Lane and rethink the unseen.
Geist: Inspired by the elusive neutrino | 10-14 September | Paradise Street
Explore Geist, a captivating new artwork inspired by neutrinos – tiny, nearly massless particles that pass through us by the billions every second. This piece reflects the cosmic ‘hide and seek’ scientists play to detect these ghostly particles, offering a unique glimpse into the fabric of the universe.
Artwork by This is Loop (Harriet Lumby and Alan Hayes), Sound design by Dan Bibby, Creative coding by Motus Arts. Physics and data collaboration with physicists at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (STFC) and Physics Department at Oxford University.
This installation is programmed in collaboration with Culture Liverpool.
