Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- This promotion is free to enter and open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Liverpool ONE and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
- Maximum of one entry per person.
Entry & Selection
- The competition closes at 23:59 on 27.04.2025. All entries must be received by this time.
- The winner will be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the closing date.
- Winners will be notified week commencing 28.04.2025
General Terms
- The Promoter is not responsible for any IT failures that may affect entry submission.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Winners may be required to participate in PR and marketing activities for Liverpool ONE.
- No cash alternative to the value of this prize can be claimed.
Prize
- Weekend entry tickets for four people to Comic Con Liverpool at the Exhibition Centre on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 May 2025. Tickets are valid for Comic Con Liverpool only and not any other Comic Con events.
- A meal for a family of 4 at Smoke and Dough, Liverpool ONE. Offer valid for one complimentary meal for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children).Includes two course menu and one soft drink per person. Available Sunday–Thursday, excluding bank holidays. Booking in advance is required and subject to availability. Meal must be redeemed by 30th June 2025.
- A Golden Ticket family pass for 2 adults and 2 children. Activities include Street Golf, Digital Darts, Bowling and VR Arenas. No other activities are included. Prize is valid Sunday – Thursday 11am – 7pm. Valid for 6 months.
Prize Collection & Redemption
- Due to the Comic Con event taking place shortly after the competition ends, the winner must be contactable and respond within 3 days of being notified
- If a winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
- If the winner cannot attend the Comic Con Liverpool event in person on 3 and 4 May 2025 at late notice due to sickness or other reasons, there are no alternative prizes available.
Privacy & Data Usage
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- First names and counties of prize winners will be available for one month after the competition’s end by emailing info@liverpool-one.com, stating the promotion name and date.
- By entering, participants agree to receive a confirmation email from Liverpool ONE.
- If chosen as a winner, entrants agree that Liverpool ONE may share their contact details (email and/or phone number) with participating businesses to facilitate prize redemption.
- By opting into the Liverpool ONE newsletter, entrants agree to receive updates on store openings, offers, events, and competitions.
- Liverpool ONE will not share data with third parties. Participants can unsubscribe at any time via the link in emails or by contacting info@liverpool-one.com.
- The winner’s contact details will be added to the exhibition centre events customer / ticketholder list, meaning they will receive pre-event information via email.
