Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily floor operations including customer service, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Act as a keyholder, ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies. Assist with onboarding, coaching, and developing team members to create a positive, high performance culture. Use sales data and KPIs to make informed decisions that drive store performance on a day to day basis.
- Represent the Trailberg brand with passion and professionalism, both on the shop floor and within the local outdoor community.
- Support regional and head office teams with instore marketing, product launches, and local events. Required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within retail—ideally fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor sectors.
- Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and support team members Confident in interpreting sales figures and understanding commercial priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency with retail systems; experience with Shopify and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is an advantage.
- Genuine passion for outdoor activities and alignment with Trailberg’s brand ethos.
Desirable:
- 2+ years’ experience working as a clothing sales assistant or Supervisor. Visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
