Reporting to our Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our café operations within our first flagship store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with ARNE’s brand.

Requirements:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Develop and maintain café menus in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring alignment with ARNE’s brand.
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to create an integrated customer experience.
- Drive engagement through in-store events, seasonal promotions, and community activations.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience within a Milkshake Shop or Ice-Cream Parlour, or similar role. Previous experience working within a retail setting would be preferred.
- Previous supervisor skills would be beneficial.
- Excellent understanding of café operations, from customer service skills to food preparation.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service.
- Knowledge of stock management, supplier relations, and cost control.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Understanding of branding and how to create a cohesive café and retail experience.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification would be a benefit, however full training will be provided if required.
