About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable full-time Retail Assistant Manager to join our Utility team in our Bold Street Store.
The candidate must be flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous retail experience and be able to consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and effective communication skills. They are responsible for supporting the Store Manager and overseeing and organising personal and staff workloads. The successful candidate must be passionate about the brand and enthusiastic towards driving sales. They must be able to motivate their team and lead by example showing a focus on excellent customer service and a keen eye for maximising sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will be well presented at all times and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
