We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Vans team in Liverpool on a 10-hour-per-week, 12-month maternity cover contract.

The role consists of two five-hour shifts per week.
This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive in-store experience. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
As a Sales Assistant at Vans, you will:
- Welcome and assist customers, providing a high standard of customer service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage stock, including replenishment and deliveries.
- Maintain excellent standards of stock presentation.
- Understand KPIs and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Work positively as part of the wider store team.
