These terms and conditions apply to the Liverpool ONE PLUS+ Q-Park Parking Discount.

By using the Q-Park Parking Discount, PLUS+ Members will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Q-Park Parking Discount is exclusively available to registered Liverpool ONE PLUS+ Members.

The promotional code is personal to the PLUS+ Member to whom it is issued and must not be shared, transferred, sold or otherwise used by anyone else.

Q-Park reserves the right to withdraw or cancel their Q-Park Parking Discount promotional code where misuse is suspected.

Using the Discount

The promotional code may be used multiple times unless otherwise stated.

The Q-Park Parking Discount is valid only when booking parking in advance through the Q-Park pre-booking system. It cannot be applied to parking purchased on arrival, at payment machines, at the car park, or through any other payment method.

The Q-Park Parking Discount is valid only at the following Liverpool ONE Q-Park car parks:

• Q-Park Liverpool ONE
• Q-Park John Lewis
• Q-Park Hanover Street

The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless expressly stated by Q-Park.

Availability

Q-Park reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Discount or promotional code at any time and without prior notice.

Liverpool ONE does not guarantee the continued availability of the Q-Park Parking Discount or any particular level of discount throughout the promotion.

General

The Q-Park Parking Discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.

Liverpool ONE accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage from the use of, or inability to use, the Q-Park Parking Discount.

The operation of the parking facilities, including all bookings, payments and parking services, is the responsibility of Q-Park and remains subject to Q-Park’s own terms and conditions.
