Eligibility

This promotion is free to enter and open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Liverpool ONE and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.

Maximum of one entry per person.

Entry & Selection

The competition closes at 23:59 on 05/10/2025 All entries must be received by this time.

The winner will be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the closing date.

Winners will be notified week commencing 07/10/2025

General Terms

The Promoter is not responsible for any IT failures that may affect entry submission.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter, or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

Winners may be required to participate in PR and marketing activities for Liverpool ONE.

Prize Collection & Redemption

If a winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

All prizes must be collected and redeemed within three months of closing date.

If a winner does not collect or redeem any or all elements of the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will no longer be valid.

Liverpool ONE Gift Card must be collected from the Information Centre on Wall Street. KIKO Milano goody bag must be collected at the store on Paradise Street, Liverpool ONE.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash

Makeover sessions are service-only and do not include any products. Offer valid Monday to Friday.

Privacy & Data Usage

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

First names and counties of prize winners will be available for one month after the competition’s end by emailing info@liverpool-one.com, stating the promotion name and date.

By entering, participants agree to receive a confirmation email from Liverpool ONE.

If chosen as a winner, entrants agree that Liverpool ONE may share their contact details (email and/or phone number) with participating businesses to facilitate prize redemption.

By opting into the Liverpool ONE newsletter, entrants agree to receive updates on store openings, offers, events, and competitions.
