Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable full time Retail Supervisor to join our Utility team in our Liverpool ONE Store. The candidate must be flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will have previous Retail Supervisory experience and be able to consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and effective communication skills.
They are responsible for supporting the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by helping to oversee and organise personal and staff workloads. The successful candidate must be passionate about the brand and enthusiastic towards driving sales. They must be able to help motivate their team and lead by example showing a focus for excellent customer service and a keen eye for maximising sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will be well presented at all times and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
