• By participating in this competition, you are deemed to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable to the relevant promotion as well as any terms and conditions of any relevant third party.

• The promoter cannot be held responsible for any IT failures.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

• Winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct and eligible entries received by the closing date.

• Winner will be contacted on 19.04.2024 via contact details provided on entry form.

• If the chosen winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the first attempt to notify them, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

• Winners maybe required to partake in PR and marketing activities for Liverpool ONE, Monopoly Events and ACC Liverpool Group.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Includes:

• Weekend tickets to Comic Con Liverpool for two people. Comic Con Liverpool takes place on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May 2024. The prize is not available on any other dates or Comic Con venues.

• If the winner cannot attend the Comic Con Liverpool event in person at ACC Liverpool on 4 and 5 May 2024 at late notice due to sickness or other reasons, there are no alternative prizes available.

• If the winner arrives to the venue later than the agreed time, Comic Con Liverpool cannot guarantee the availability of the VIP Concierge and may be unable to take the winner for autograph and photograph with every guest.

• VIP Concierge who will take winner and their guest to meet every celebrity Comic Con Guest for 1 x photograph and 1 x autograph. The photograph with Comic Con guests can either be taken with the winner or with the winner and their guest but not as 2 individual pictures. One autograph will be provided.

• Winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Comic Con, and around Liverpool to hotel, meal and Comic Con event.

• The winner will be provided with contact information for the concierge. It is the winners responsibility to contact the concierge ahead of arrival to organise meeting point.

• One night stay for two people on Saturday 4 May 2024 in a Liverpool City Centre Hotel. Evening meal for 2 people at a Liverpool ONE restaurant on Saturday 4 May 2024. Hotel stay and meal are valid for the Saturday 4 May 2024 only. If winner cannot redeem this part of the prize on those dates, no alternative date will be offered. Details of hotel stay and evening will be provided to winner.

• No cash alternative to the value of this prize can be claimed.

• Winner will be required to attend a briefing meeting with representative of Comic Con prior to the event. This meeting can be online or in person depending on winners location.

• The winner may be required to provide the Promoter with the form of proof of identity as Promoter in its sole discretion requests before receipt of any prize. Failure to produce sufficient evidence as to identity may result in disqualification.

• Winner cannot redeem prize on any group photo opportunities scheduled, only solo photo opportunities.

• The Promoter will not be held liable if winner cannot meet all celebrities for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

• Details of prize winners’ first names and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by emailing info@liverpool-one.com, stating the name and date of the promotion.
