Job title: Assistant Store Manager
Hours per week: 38 hours
Act as a role model delivering outstanding service and brand experience. Coach, support and on-board team members to maximise performance. Support, recruit, talent development and employee relations. Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets. Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling and compliance.
About you:
- 2-3 years experience in multicultural retail environment in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brand as an Assistant manager
- Leadership and coaching experience
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
- Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
- Responsible and able to take ownership
