Our friendly team are here to welcome and offer assistance to visitors across Liverpool ONE including support locating their favourite shops and services, plus helping with accessibility and other queries including the purchase of Liverpool ONE Gift Cards.

You will find the team both at the Information Centre and throughout Liverpool ONE, so be sure to say hello and our friendly team will help with any queries you may have.
