Role: Visual Supervisor
Hours: 40 per week
New Look is looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to help lead the team and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
As a Supervisor, you’ll support the management team in creating a welcoming and inspiring store environment, helping customers discover the latest trends and feel confident in their style choices. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, driving store performance and ensuring excellent customer service every day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, leading by example and helping a team succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience
• Supporting, coaching and developing team members
• Helping maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Supporting the achievement of store targets and sales goals
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging environment for customers and colleagues
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations and ensuring company standards are met
