Not to mention it’s the most exciting place to be to enjoy our year-round events programme! The Nature Trail takes young explorers on a journey around Chavasse Park to learn all about our wildlife and the flora and fauna. To find out more and pick up a trail leaflet, please speak to a team member within our Information Centre.
Regular visitors will know that it’s always the centre of any Summer and Christmas events in Liverpool ONE and because of where we are, Chavasse Park is the ideal go-to place when you’re looking for things to do in the city centre. We’ve brought everything from a sandy beach to a sub-zero ice bar to Liverpool and we’ve got more tricks up our sleeve, so watch this space!
As the park is overlooked by our fabulous restaurants on The Terrace, why not enjoy a meal al fresco and soak up the sun during those warmer months? Plenty of our restaurants offer takeout too, so turn your lunch break into a picnic or make a day of it with friends.
With The Club House, Pizza Express, Las Iguanas and Nandos and much more just a few steps away, it’s the perfect place to while the day away.
Don’t want to stop exploring? It’s also a stone’s throw away from the Albert Dock, so you can easily visit the historic waterfront.
Ever wondered about the name? Chavasse Park is named after the Chavasse Family; Francis, the 2nd Bishop of Liverpool, and his sons, Christopher Maude Chavasse and Noel Godfrey Chavasse, one of only three people to ever be awarded the Victoria Cross twice.
