With over 200 entries into the Fancy Dress Competition, it was by far the biggest number of entries we have had, so thank you to all the amazing children, parents and carers who made such a fantastic effort.

Mark your calendars for Friday 17 November, as we bring you Liverpool ONE Christmas Live! This exciting event promises an evening filled with non-stop music, singing, dancing, and magical performances.
Liverpool ONE Christmas Live! will also showcase the incredible talents of hundreds of local schoolchildren and community groups. The performers will grace multiple stages, creating a magical atmosphere to get you in the festive spirit.
As we count down to Christmas at Liverpool ONE, expect enchanting light installations, Christmas choirs, and a towering 25-meter Christmas tree on Chavasse Park.

Head to South John Street to enter on Sunday 29 October from 12pm – 3pm with the parade starting at 4pm*.
Fancy Dress Competition Terms and Conditions
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by their parent or guardian, both to enter the fancy dress competition and walk in the parade.
- Parents/guardians of competition entrants under 16 years old must complete and sign the entry form for their child to take part.
- Liverpool ONE will judge the competition based on the creativity of the outfit or group of costumes.
- The prizes for the fancy dress competition are Liverpool ONE Gift Cards and no cash alternative is available. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.
- This competition is part of Liverpool ONE’s family event therefore all costumes must be suitable for a family audience. Liverpool ONE reserves the right not to allow participants in inappropriate or bad taste costumes to enter. Please don’t bring knives or guns as part of your costume, you won’t be allowed to enter the competition or walk in the parade with these.
- We love dogs at Liverpool ONE but please do not to bring your dog to take part in the Halloween parade as there will be loud drums and lots of people.
- Children and adults will be filmed and photographed as part of the fancy dress competition and parade and the footage may be used for future promotional purposes across the Liverpool ONE website and social media pages. By taking part you consent to your or your child’s image being used.
- Children (and ideally their parents/guardians!) should be in fancy dress to walk in the parade.
- Children may only walk in the parade if they have entered the fancy dress competition and obtained a wristband.
- The parade route is fully pedestrianised and will take approximately 30 minutes.
