Accessible and Stoma Friendly Toilets. Changing Facilities 


The use of the accessible toilets, the stoma friendly toilets and changing facilities is free. Ask a member of the Guest Services Team to access the facilities. 

You can find the toilets on 5 Wall Street next to the Information Centre.

Opening times:

Monday-Friday:  09:00 – 20:00
Saturday:  09:00 – 19:00
Sunday: 10:30 – 17:00

Shopmobility


Liverpool Shopmobility supports people with mobility restrictions through the loan of mobility equipment. 

You can find Shopmobility inside Q-Park on Level 3. Shopmobility opening times:

Monday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Thursday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Friday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday: 11.00am – 5.00pm

Quiet Hour

 

Over 35 stores are now taking part in the Liverpool ONE Quiet Hour every Friday morning 10am-11am. 

The Liverpool ONE Quiet Hour involves reduced or no music, reduced activities and activations and staff on hand to assist. 
 
The introduction of the Liverpool ONE Quiet Hour is a proof of the ongoing commitment to enhance accessibility to make Liverpool ONE as welcoming as possible.

Sensory bags


Sensory bags for children aged 5-15 are available to hire, for free, from Liverpool ONE Information Centre. Sensory bags include:

  – Selection of maps and trails 
  – Selection of sensory toys

  – Ear defenders

Sensory bags must be returned to the Liverpool ONE Information Centre on the same day of hire, and a waiver and T&Cs form needs to be filled out prior to hire.
 

– Sensory bags are to be rented out FREE of charge, but should be returned that same day, to the same location that you collected the bag, before leaving site. Phone details are provided so we can contact you to return.

– Due to the bag containing sensory toys of varied sizes, sensory bags are not be used by anyone under the age of 5 years old, and all users of the bags under the age of 16, must be supervised by an adult at all times when using.

– All items within the bags, are not to be placed near the face, nose, or mouth, and may pose a choking hazard.

– Liverpool ONE cannot guarantee bags will be available, and are rented out on a first come, first served basis.

– Correct and responsible usage of the sensory bags and their contents is the sole responsibility of the user, or their responsible adult. Liverpool ONE take no responsibility for the misuse of any items within the sensory bag, or the sensory bag itself.

The Information Centre is staffed by a friendly and knowledgeable team, able to assist with all types of visitor enquiry. You can find the information centre on 5 Wall Street.

he majority of stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues at Liverpool ONE are included on Sociability. 

The online directory provides useful and reliable accessibility information, including toilets and access to stores, allowing visitors to filter results based on their specific needs.

Waymap


Waymap is a navigation app that works indoors, outdoors and underground, providing step-by-step guidance for visitors – including those with visual impairments – to confidently navigate any venue.
