Bar Hutte Liverpool is back this year, bigger and better than ever and we are on the hunt for a superstar General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
The General Manager role is vital in the run up to the venues opening, and as a part of this role you will guarantee that employee satisfaction is reached and the team is always improving accomplishing goals and enjoying their work in order to provide excellent customer service.
Main duties will include
• Controlling purchases, and inventory, rotas
• Ordering stock and sticking to KPIS
• Developing & reviewing usage reports and analysing variances
• Maintaining operations inline with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Recruiting your team for the season
• Control day to day operations, this is a fast paced environment and we require a very organised individual, with accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
General Manager £650 per week, paid every two weeks via invoice plus tips that are paid monthly
Assistant General Manager £600 per week, paid every two weeks via invoice plus tips that are paid monthly
