Customer Service Coordinator Vacancy at our Head Office in Speke. Up to 42.5 hours per week.

Salary: £21,000-£23,000.

Role Overview – As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be supporting our loyal customers from the moment they place an order, up to the exciting delivery day and beyond. You will assist our customers with any enquiries they have regarding their order, helping to solve any issues quickly and efficiently, whilst showing an empathetic understanding that allows you to find a solution and offer support. This is a perfect role for somebody who takes pride in their work and finds joy in delivering exceptional customer service. Those looking to work for a growing independent company would be well suited to this role. You will be working with a team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and take pride in everything they do.
