As an Assistant Manager at KENJI Liverpool, you will be working closely alongside the Store Manager to create the perfect shopping experience for our customers!
About the role
- Managing a team of 10+ employees – Working weekends, as well as varying morning and evening shifts throughout the week, this will include 8:30PM closing shifts, 9:30pm during Christmas hours.
- Receiving deliveries and organising the stock room.
- Maintaining the highest levels of organisation and cleanliness across both the shop floor and stock room.
About you
- We are looing for someone with at least 1-2 years experience in retail, with a background in management.
- You must be able to work 5 days a week.
- We are looking for people who have a real desire to learn and make our customers happy!
- You’ll need to be a great listener, good to talk to and naturally helpful.
- We want our staff to be pro-active and be the best they can possibly be!
