The brand new, free MyONE app is now available to download in the App Store and Google Play.

We’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked questions about the app…

How much does it cost to become a MyONE member?

It’s totally free to become a MyONE member. All you need to do is download the app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play.

How many offers and events are on the app?

Lots! New offers and events are being added all the time, so keep your eyes peeled for the latest arrivals!

Can I still take advantage of offers and events if I don’t have the app?

Some of the offers on the app are open to all customers, but there are also “exclusives” that can only be redeemed by MyONE members (any customer with the app).

How do I book a table on the app?

Simply go to the restaurant page and click on the “Book a table” button. If the restaurant doesn’t have an online booking system or does not take reservations, the button will not appear.

How do I book a parking space on the app?

Go to the Car Parking section of the app, or go to any store or restaurant page and click the “Reserve a parking space” button.

What devices is the app compatible with?

Apple devices (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) running iOS 10.0 or later and Android devices running Android 4.0.3 and above are compatible with the app.

Is the app available on Android or iOS?

Yes. It is available here on the App Store and Google Play.

How often does the app content update?

The app content updates in real-time, so as soon as a new offer or event is published your app content will update (as long as you are connected to the internet). If you have chosen to allow notifications, you will also get a notification if we think it’s something you’ll be interested in. Never miss out on a great offer or event again!

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

You only need an internet connection for the content on the app to update, but most of the app features work without. Don’t forget across Liverpool ONE, there is free access to WiFi anyway! Just connect to .Liverpool_ONE_Free_WiFi

How does the barcode work?

Some of the offers on the app have a barcode that you need to show to your server in the store or restaurant. They may want to scan the code to keep track of the number of redemptions. All you need to do is show them the barcode – it takes less than two seconds!

What if I want to remove my data from the app?

Go to the settings section within the main app menu. There is an option to “Clear app data”. Just tap it. But bear in mind you will lose any favourites you have stored in the app.

What if I no longer want to be a MyONE member?

All you need to do is uninstall the app from your phone and if you have signed up to our mailing list, you can either opt out via the link in the footer of the email the next time we contact you, or you can email info@liverpool-one.com and asked to be removed from the database.
