Position: Sales Supervisor and Health & Wellness Advisor
Hours: 20 Hours, overtime available
Working pattern: Sunday – Monday 7am to 8.30pm
Salary: £12.80
About the role!
- You will be an excellent leader, assist to run the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett.
- You’ll assist building a high performing team by coaching, training, motivating, and setting clear expectations.
- Supported by your Manager, you will act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set-up store promotional plans and ensure full compliance with health and safety.
- To become a Health & Wellness specialist you’ll embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.
About you!
- Previous retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals.
- Passion and enthusiasm for our products.
- The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
- The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results.
