We are looking for a Supervisor who will be responsible for leading the team and dealing with a variety of day to day issues, from assisting with customers to store merchandising and stock replenishment. The supervisor role is a key holding position so applicants will be individuals that are looking for a responsible position; cash handling and till reconciliation are also key parts of the role. Interested candidates will have a flexible approach and be able to work across the trading pattern for the stores. This is a high turnover store and target driven so this will only suit hard working individuals.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in retail and supervisory in a high turnover store; • Proven track record of driving sales in a commercially driven environment; • A high level of enthusiasm; • Have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations and have a responsible can do attitude. • Well-presented and a brand ambassador. • Flexible with rotational shift patens, including weekends.
