We are currently looking for an outgoing, assertive person who has what it takes to keep our stock room running smoothly.
At Hollister we strive to create a welcoming all inclusive environment, our stock lead will oversee the work of our associates and help to train them to their best abilities whilst working closely alongside the management team of the store. Our stock lead must be adaptable, have great multi tasking skills, and work well to deadlines and time scales.
In this job you will learn how the stock room ultimately effects the business, and how to make decisions that benefit the business, fashion knowledge, and inventory control. What the job entails:
Overseeing of stockroom organisation
Ensures shipment is properly processed
Replenishes the shop floor quickly and efficiently
Must interact positively and confidently with customers
Is knowledgeable about our products
Communicates stockroom performance with managers clearly
Coaches and develops other team members by listening and giving feedback to improve associates
