THE ROLE
As a Sales Advisor in Topshop Topman Liverpool, you are responsible for creating a personal and engaging shopping experience. You are passionate about our customers and product and love being part of a successful team.
DAY TO DAY
• Delivering great service by engaging with customers
• Embracing and driving digital and multi-channel
• Supporting visual and Brand standards on the sales floor
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Ensuring promotional activity is delivered
• Advising customers with outfit building
• Keeping up to date with trends and best sellers
MUST HAVES
• A genuine love of fashion and passion for our Brands
• Strong communication skills, building relationships with your Managers, team and customers
• A self-starter, always giving your best, seeking feedback and development opportunities
• Love of working in a busy, customer facing environment
• Can remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and accept changes where necessary
