We are looking for outgoing and energetic people who can deliver outstanding service by building a rapport with our customers. To join our team you must have previous retail experience and demonstrate dedication, loyalty and commitment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous retail management experience and be able to consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and effective communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting the Operations Director and oversee and organise personal and staff workloads.
The successful applicant must be passionate about the brand and be focused on driving sales to reach store targets. They will motivate their team and lead by example showing a focus for excellent customer service with a view to maximising sales opportunities. The successful applicant will be well presented and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
