Yard & Coop is an exciting new-to-Liverpool concept restaurant/bar centered around the BEST Buttermilk fried chicken experience, served in a hugely atmospheric restaurant with great music and a big smile 🙂 We have a very capable team regularly pulling in 5 star reviews from upwards of 1400 covers per week – exceeding our customer expectations. We are now looking for a capable Head Chef / kitchen Manager to really push our volume and keep our high standards in place whilst reporting to the General Manager and directors. Applicants must have; Solid experience in all aspects of due diligence EHO standards Experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen The ability to control and cost orders to achieve target GP Have a high standard of preparation, cooking and staff discipline The ability to identify and work towards KPI’s The ability to lead and motivate a team. A passion for food and to bring ideas for new products and side dishes.
