Develop a new consistency in terms of standards of excellence and best practice, whilst ensuring appropriate statutory compliance, governance and company policies are adhered to.

Delivery of the Liverpool ONE vision and business objectives in an innovative and efficient manner, ensuring customers are at the heart of what we do
Management of an effective and forward thinking leadership team, delivering against the objectives for the Estate
Responsible for the overall performance of Liverpool ONE, across a range of financial and non-financial measures including footfall, dwell time, conversion, statutory compliance, budget and income management
Delivery of client reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to a high standard
To have overall responsibility for Health & Safety across the Estate, ensuring records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
Key stakeholder within the city on behalf of LOMCO and GLF, for matters relevant to Liverpool ONE
Protect asset value by outstanding, proactive and cost effective Estate performance
To set clear objectives as part of the wider Liverpool ONE Business plan/team strategy and to measure performance against these
To conduct regular 121’s, hold team meetings and complete thorough probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidelines
To support team members in career development via training (to ensure high skill levels both technically & behaviourally), coaching, mentoring and the promotion and succession/talent processes
To adhere to all company processes with regards to people management and to role model professional behaviours at all times

Direct and support the Senior Team, including Business Performance Director, Facilities Director, Marketing & Communications Director, Commercialisation Director and Technical Services Director, Head of HR and Finance Manager.
Contribute generally to Liverpool ONE Management Company Limited supporting its vision, values, aims and objectives, ensuring that consistent best practice is adopted.
Providing a clear strategy to manage and further enhance the Estate, to add value identifying investment/or other opportunities
Setting challenging targets to members of the Senior Team to ensure the meeting of all KPIs, budgets and business objectives
Forecast, set and manage the budgetary movements for service charge and non-recoverable expenditure/income
Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that strategies and plans are joined up and aligned with Company objectives
Manage the performance and development of the site team, ensuring that all team members have clear objectives and targets, through regular reviews and appraisals. Monitor and review performance of operational management teams
Delivery a fully legislatively compliant site implementing best practice including H&S, Environmental, HR and all financial matters. Implement Health & Safety and Environmental Policies as directed by Savills and Grosvenor Europe, to include occupier compliance.

Key Areas of Accountability
Provide strong and dynamic leadership for the Liverpool ONE team, delivering clear strategic direction, clarity of communication, guidance, mentoring and support to ensure the achievement of objectives
Ensuring a collaborative approach with the Grosvenor and Savills teams in order to deliver the highest standards across the Estate
Oversee all aspects of operation, and ensure all are kept up to date with legislation and LOMCO requirements
Delivery of excellent standards of presentation and operation at Liverpool ONE at all times
Assist with emergency planning/major incident planning and ensure consistency
Identifying and ensuring the implementation of compulsory and appropriate training and development programmes for all staff
Identifying key and high potential employees to ensure appropriate development and succession planning
Delivering value for money and achieving key objectives through effective management of service charge within agreed budgets ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
Setting and reviewing Liverpool ONE income targets in the areas of non-rental income
Represent LOMCO on external groups/committees as required
Management of the retail delivery process from a Liverpool ONE perspective, liaising with occupiers, GLF’s appointed consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered
Oversee the demised services strategy and income to ensure service provision is maximised across Liverpool ONE
Comply with corporate policies and procedures
Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements
To undertake and execute any other reasonable duties as requested by the LOMCO Board
