This is an exciting and varied role, joining our Head Office team as a Digital Content Administrator.
Day to day you will be amending online content to ensure brand consistency is displayed throughout our website, blog and social media channels by means of web graphic design, digital content and copywriting. This will be completed in accordance with our brand ethos and tone of voice.
Upload and edit product listings on the website through the use of excellent copywriting, image editing and a basic understanding of HTML.
Uploading and maintenance of products on the website including correct imagery, descriptions and prices.
Ensuring all products are effectively marketed and merchandised in their relevant categories.
Maintain the accuracy of all online content.
Schedule posts for social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest).
Research, draft and publish articles relating to interiors, gifting, and design lifestyle for the Utility Blog.
Excellent written communication
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multitask, managing time and delivery between multiple projects
A professional, proactive and flexible approach to your work Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Specifically Photoshop)
Basic understanding of HTML
Previous experience of working within a CMS such as Magento
Experience of social media platforms and an understanding of their use within a retail environment.
