We are looking for a full time Customer Service Apprentice to join our team, you will deliver world-class service to Liverpool ONE’s customers, both to the Management Team and Information Centre. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys working with people and someone with great attention to detail. You must have a flexible “can do” attitude with effective communication skills.
Some duties will include:
• Ensuring that all visitors to the Liverpool ONE Information Centre are welcomed professionally.
• Providing cover for the Liverpool ONE Information Centre Team as and when required.
• Delivering world-class customer service to all visitors to Liverpool ONE in keeping with our mission to provide the experience in the UK, always.
• Handling corporate sales of the Liverpool ONE Gift Card from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Help to deliver Liverpool’s Click and Collect Service in accordance with the standards of Liverpool ONE and our partners.
The successful candidate would be expected to work for 37.5 hours per week, spread across Monday to Sunday. Information Centre opening hours are from 9:00am-8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am-7:00pm Saturday and 10:00am-5:00pm on Sunday. The typical working pattern is from 8:45-5:15, Monday to Friday. However, there will be occasions when the candidate is expected to cover late and weekend shifts.
