Movema & RISE have joined together to bring you dance classes at home, through their Facebook channel.

Over the next few weeks they’ll be dancing around the world including; Carnival, Reggaeton, Bollywood, Salsa, yoga and more, mixed together with their own choreography and ideas.

The sessions will be for ALL LEVELS AND ABILITIES with a mixture of both gentle and uptempo movements.

Their aim is to provide a fun and engaging experience for our wellbeing and sense of community ??
