Letters to Santa

Would you like to write to Santa himself – and get a reply? Customers can write a letter to Santa and pop it in the Santa post box, located on the 2nd floor in a quiet footfall area.  Be quick though! Letters must be posted before Saturday 12 December and include an address to receive a reply (free of charge).

Festive Music

Thanks to the support from the Liverpool ONE events team and from Open Culture, John Lewis and partners will be hosting a ‘Tickle the Ivories’ piano on the 2nd floor for prebooked performances only. Dates are still TBC, but are designed to be a pop up performance to surprise and delight our customers. Music will be to add atmosphere only, and customers will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines and not to dwell or gather around the performances.

Gingerbread trail

There are 6 Gingerbread men dotted around the shop for customers to find! Customers need to scan the QR code on the poster or via this link and fill in the details on the google form to enter the prize draw. The winner will be picked on Sunday 20 December.
