Welcome back to Liverpool ONE! We’re looking forward to you returning, but we’re asking you to keep three key principles in mind:
Hands – wash or sanitise your hands regularly
Face – wear a face covering unless you are medically exempt
Space – be smart, stay apart
When returning to Liverpool ONE you’ll need to wear a face covering whilst you are in stores, unless you are medically exempt. If you forget yours, use the mask vending machine with lots of different options. This can be found in the Galleria, outside Barburrito.
A system will be in place where visitors can navigate Liverpool ONE by keeping left at all times. Signs and arrows will be in place so this is easy to follow. Our wide shopping boulevards will make it easy for visitors to enjoy plenty of space.
Visitors are encouraged to heed the advice to keep a distance of 2 metres from other visitors whilst visiting Liverpool ONE.
We’re asking customers in specific spots to give way to others to avoid bumping into one another.
Keeping hands clean, and avoiding touching your face, is still a highly effective way to stop the spread. Please note our toilets are currently closed due to lockdown measures commencing January 2021, but hand sanitiser stations are located around Liverpool ONE.
