Help with additional needs when shopping

Here's what you need to know if you need help during your shopping trip.

Shopping in Liverpool will be a little different for the forseeable future, as special measures are in place to ensure customers feel safe. For peace of mind, we’re increasing cleaning of high-touch areas to at least five times a day, and toilets will be cleaned every hour. A one-way system will be in place, and we’re asking customers to “keep left”. Queuing areas will be in place for stores.

Please be aware that new safety measures will also affect your experience of moving around Liverpool ONE. We understand that customers who have disabilities or additional needs may need extra help to follow this system. Lifts will still be in operation, but you might need to take a slightly different route to get to them.

If you need extra assistance during your shopping trip, our team is on hand to help. We ask that you contact us in advance by emailing info@liverpool-one.com, or calling us on 0151 232 3100, so we can discuss how to assist your needs.

Shopmobility is currently closed. Please inform us if you would usually use this service when you contact us.

Using toilet facilities

Toilets at Liverpool ONE will be free to use to provide customers with extra hand washing facilities. Please access our toilet facilities as you would normally, and inform a member of our team if you need assistance using a RADAR key or “can’t wait” card.
