Lifts will still be in operation, but you might need to take a slightly different route to get to them.

Using toilet facilities
Toilets at Liverpool ONE will be free to use to provide customers with extra hand washing facilities. Please access our toilet facilities as you would normally, and inform a member of our team if you need assistance using a RADAR key or “can’t wait” card.
Our toilets are open between the following times:

Travelling to Liverpool ONE
Within each of our three car parks, disabled parking spaces are available as follows:
- Q Park Liverpool ONE – L1 8LT (underneath Chavasse Park, accessed from Strand Street) this car park has 81 disabled parking spaces.
- John Lewis – L1 8DH (Liver Street) – this car park has 28 disabled car parking spaces.
- Hanover Street – L1 4AF (off Hanover Street) – this car park has 3 disabled car parking spaces.
