How it works
The Liverpool ONE Information Centre acts as a collection and return point for both DPD and Hermes services, as well as offering a limited service with Doddle that includes Amazon & Shoeholics collections and a full returns service.
Collections
For Hermes, DPD services and Doddle simply follow the collections process on the retailer’s website and choose Liverpool ONE as the collection location.
Please note, the Doddle service only operates a limited collections service from Liverpool ONE.
Returns
Hermes and DPD also offer return services from Liverpool ONE. Please follow the returns process on the retailer’s website, ensuring you select Liverpool ONE as the return location and that your parcel is correctly labelled, ready for return.
Doddle offers free returns from Liverpool ONE with most online partners. Each partner operates slightly differently, so just follow the returns process on the retailer’s website and choose Doddle at Liverpool ONE as the return location. If you wish to return a parcel to a Doddle partner which does not offer free returns, please visit the Doddle website.
Information Centre opening hours
Monday – Friday: 9am – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday: 10am – 5pm
Amazon Lockers
Take advantage of our Amazon Lockers when ordering from amazon.co.uk. You can collect or return your Amazon parcels from the self-service kiosks at any time, even after stores close. Find out more here.
