• This promotion is free to enter and open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees or friends and family of employees of Liverpool ONE may not enter the competition.
• Maximum of one entry per person.
• This promotion will run on the Liverpool ONE Website only. One winner will be chosen each day for 12 calendar days from 1 – 12 December 2023.
• Closing date: All entries must be received by 23:59 for 12 calendar days from 1-12 December.
• One winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all complete, correct and eligible entries received by the closing date.
• No cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
• Winners will be contacted with the full prize details within 24 hours with details of how to claim their prize, with the exception of Friday, Saturday and Sunday prize days, where winner will be contacted the following Monday.
• Prizes must be collected during December 2023 unless stated otherwise when notifying winner by email or telephone call.
• Prizes must be collected in person at Liverpool ONE. Prizes cannot be posted.
• If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first attempt to notify him/her, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Individual prize T&Cs:

Day 1 – Gravity MAX

Prize is a £250 Gift Voucher to spend on activities and selected drinks at Gravity MAX Liverpool. Valid for 12 months from 1 December 2023. MAX Gift Vouchers cannot be used for the following; REEF Food Hall, Immersive Gamebox, Funbox arcade or against birthday or specialised group packages.

• Day 2 – Space NK
Prize consists of a selection of beauty items from brands available at Space NK. Prize must be collected in person at The Tourist Information Centre on Wall Street. in the month of December 2023, and in line with Liverpool ONE opening hours. Click here to view opening hours. If winner does not collect within this time frame, prize will no longer be available and no alternative prize will be offered.

• Day 3 – Bar Hutte

Prize consists of a night out for up to 8 people in a karaoke hütte at Bar Hutte including a £150 bar tab. Prize is only available until 31 December 2023. Bar Hutte closes on this date. Subject to availability. No alternative prize will be offered.

• Day 4 – Under Armour

Prize consists of £250 to spend in Under Armour and will be processed in the form of a £250 voucher, emailed to the prize winner direct from Under Armour. The voucher can only be redeemed in the Liverpool ONE Under Armour store. Voucher is only valid on full priced items. Voucher is valid until 21 December 2023. If winner does not redeem voucher by this date, the voucher is no longer valid. No alternative prize or product will be offered.

• Day 5 – Mamasan

Prize consists of a table for 6 people at the Mamasan ‘Dim Sum Disco Bottomless Supper Event’ which launches on 25 November 2023. Prize includes food for 6 people plus bottomless drinks including White, Red & Rose wine, Prosecco, Lager, G&Ts and selected cocktails. Winner can choose from numerous Saturday event dates. Prize is subject to availability. If winner cannot attend any of the event dates, no alternative date or prize will be offered.

• Day 6 – Red Run

Prize consists of a £250 gift card to spend in Red Run, Liverpool ONE. Cannot be used online. Gift card must be collected at the Liverpool ONE Red Run store and is valid for 12 months from date of issue ( 6 December 2023).

• Day 7 – John Lewis & Partners

Prize consists of a personal styling session at John Lewis & Partners Liverpool ONE, plus £250 to spend. Prize includes a 1.5 hour appointment with a John Lewis & Partners stylist. Prize is valid for 6 months from issue date (7 December 2023).

• Day 8 – wagamama

Prize consists of a taster meal for 4 of wagamama new menu brought to life by wagamama chef, £20 voucher per person, plus a wagamama tote bag each. Prize is only available at the Liverpool ONE wagamma restaurant and must be booked and redeemed by February 2024. Following this date, the prize is no longer valid and no alternative prize will be offered. Winner must give 1 week notice for the date they would like to visit restaurant.

• Day 9 – Penhaligon’s

Prize consists of a 100ml engraved bottle of perfume of the winners choice plus a matching body and hand lotion. Prize must be collected from the Penhaligon’s store Liverpool ONE, before 31 December 2023. If winner does not collect prize before this date, the prize will no longer be available. No alternative prize will be offered.

• Day 10 – Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols

The prize consists of a Luxury La Prairie 60 minute facial in the spa suite at Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols. Prize is valid from 1 – 31 January 2024. Prize does not include product. Winner must book and redeem their facial within this time period or the prize will no longer be available. No alternative prize will be offered if winner attempts to redeem following this time period.

Day 11 – size?

Prize consists of £250 to spend in size? which will be processed in the form of a size? gift card. Prize must be collected from the Tourist Information Centre, Wall Street, Liverpool ONE. Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of issue (11 December 2023).

• Day 12 – Goldsmiths

Prize consists of a 9ct White Gold 0.50 Carat Total Weight Diamond Multi Stone Pendant. Product code 12142849. Value of £1250 as of 01.12.2023. Winner must collect prize from the Liverpool ONE, Goldsmiths showroom by 12 March 2024. If winner attempts to collect after this time period, prize will no longer be available and no alternative prize will be offered.

• Winners may be required to partake in PR and marketing activities for Liverpool ONE.
• The Promoter (Liverpool ONE) reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter cannot be held responsible for any IT failures.
