At Liverpool ONE our car parks are more than just a place to park your car! Why not take advantage of some of our great services, such as free baby buggy loan or brolly hire?
Our three carparks are conveniently located around the Liverpool ONE area: John Lewis (Liver Street); Liverpool ONE (underneath Chavasse Park, accessed from Strand Street) and Hanover Street (off Hanover Street). All our carparks are open 24/7.
All three Q-Park car parks provide drivers with a whole host of unexpected treats.
Ultra stylish, easy to navigate and very safe and secure, Q-Park car parks offer the future in parking. Each car park is equipped with unique complimentary products and services to make sure that Q-Park customers are looked after superbly from arrival to departure and enjoy an exceptionally positive experience.
The trend towards smaller, nippier, economical cars means that parents occasionally forget to put the baby buggy in the boot or simply have no room for it. Customers can borrow one of 20 bright, smart, highly manoeuvrable and comfortable buggies for as long as required and then return them before they leave the car park with no charge.
When it’s raining, 200 umbrellas are available to borrow, when the day has been particularly tiring, a golf buggy is available to take overloaded or less mobile shoppers to their car, and when customers want to look their best they can take advantage of the shoe-cleaning machines. Cyclists are looked after too, with 100 bicycle racks provided for safe-keeping.
The Q-Park car parks carry jump leads and a tyre inflator to help motorists who return to find their vehicle has a flat battery or tyre. There is also a heart defibrillator, with fully trained staff able to provide crucial emergency medical help whilst waiting for an ambulance or paramedic to arrive
Finally, for those rare occasions when the driver has had a small amount of alcohol, an alcohol tester can be purchased that will analyse their breath, put their mind at rest or alert them that they should leave their car where it is, safe and sound, and find another way home.
