The Liverpool ONE MasterCard Gift Card is a single loaded prepaid card that can be used to purchase gifts and services within stores or restaurants located at Liverpool ONE, where a MasterCard card is accepted.
What makes the Liverpool ONE Gift Card different from other gift cards or gift certificates?
Unlike a store gift card or certificate which limits you to purchases only at that store, the Liverpool ONE Gift Card can be used to make purchases at any store in Liverpool ONE where MasterCard is accepted.
Is the Liverpool ONE Gift Card a credit card?
The Gift Card is a prepaid, single loaded card. It is not a credit card and you cannot reload your Gift Card with additional funds.
How much can I load on a Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
You can choose to load any amount from £5 to £500 on Liverpool ONE Gift Cards.
Can I give the Liverpool ONE Gift Card to someone under the age of 18?
There are no age restrictions but the recipient of the card must be able to accurately reproduce their signature for the reverse of the card.
How much will it cost to process order?
Nothing, just the amount on the card.
What is the minimum order size, and what is the maximum order size?
You can order as many gift cards as you wish.
What payment options are available?
You may pay by cash and via all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard® and maestro debit cards. Cash is also accepted.
What if I want to buy something that costs more than the value of the Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
Your Gift Card can be used for full or part payment for purchases. Simply tell the cashier you will be paying by more than one payment method. If you are unsure as to what your remaining balance is on your Gift Card, there are three ways to find out: Visit

Can I use my Liverpool ONE Gift Card at more than one retailer?
Yes, as long as there are sufficient funds remaining on the Gift Card.
Can I add more money to the Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
No, but you can purchase a new Gift Card from the Information Centre.
Can the Liverpool ONE Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?
Call the Customer Service local rate phone number -
0845 686 2273 to cancel the Gift Card as soon as you can, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Gift Card number, and provide proof of purchase so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. After you cancel the Gift Card, you will collect the replacement Gift Card from the Information Centre with the remaining balance minus a £5 replacement fee.
How long can I use the Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
Your Gift Card expires on the date printed on the card but will be a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date your card will no longer be valid.
What happens when I spend all the funds on my Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
Your Gift Card will no longer be accepted as a form of payment.
How will I know the original value of my Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
We provide a card carrier sleeve with purchase date and original value. You can also go to www.getmybalance.com to check purchase date and value.
How can I check the balance on my Liverpool ONE Gift Card?
There are three ways you can keep track of your balance: Visit

Why do I need to keep track of my balance? Can the store tell me like they can on retailer gift cards?
