Fun Squad Visits Odeon Liverpool ONE

We have assembled the Fun Squad, made up of intrepid youngsters who really know how to have fun. They will go on missions to review the best activities and events at Liverpool ONE, and will report back to you with everything they’ve been up to. In this blog 10 year-old Alana Cross, from St Helens, went to ODEON Liverpool ONE for a special day out.

I had a really fun time at the ODEON in Liverpool ONE with my mum, dad and my sister Tabitha!

We went along to watch Epic in 3D, and it truly was epic! We were greeted by some lovely, helpful staff and were given a Fun Pack. This included a portion of popcorn (yum!), a soft drink, and a packet of Randoms. This treat was awesome and made sure I was ready for the film.

I really enjoyed Epic, especially the character M.K. If you haven’t already seen it, I’d highly recommend you to!

The seats were really comfortable (like a big pillow!) and the floor was very clean, not sticky like in some other cinemas. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was tremendous and I also had my picture taken next to a giant figure of one of the Minions from Despicable Me!

The film made me really want to get reading some epics, so afterwards I visited Waterstones and got some new books to get stuck into. All in all it was a fantastic day out and I can’t wait to go back again!
